Results after 100 days of pilot. Grameen Koota staff and borrowers have starting innovating and finding their own efficient ways to improve and scale the solution. 1) Loan officers for the pilot have started inviting other officers to the meetings to educate each other in their own train-the-trainer model. 2) The borrowers acting as Cash Points have improved their own cash handling processes to be more efficient. They are teaching us things!
